The Cheshire Image Clinic in Canal Street, Chester is the flagship of the nationwide Cheshire Image team and has specialised in medical cosmetic enhancements since it was established in 1989. The Clinic Director, Michelle Irving RGN, NIP was a founder member of the first national network of aesthetic nurses in the UK, has been voted twice onto it's steering committee.
She co-wrote and contributed towards the: *National Care Standards for Specialist Clinics (Scotland) - 2003, *IHAS Cosmetic Surgery Standards - May 2003, *Aesthetic Nursing Competencies; an integrated career and competency framework - July 2005 & September 2013, *The Assessment Tool for Nurses in Aesthetic Medicine - August 2007, *Guidelines for Cosmetic Surgery and Non-Surgical Treatments *IHAS standards for Injectable Cosmetic Treatments - June 2008, *University of Greenwich Graduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine 2008, *Good Practice Guide - December 2008.
