Can I get a botox treatment on the same day?

Yes, as Dr Caroline is a doctor she can legally hold stock of medication and do treatments on the same day (to save you time)

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes—up to 48 hours before via Glowday. After that, rescheduling is at the clinic’s discretion, or the appointment must be canceled (late cancellation fee applies)

Do I only see Dr Caroline Warden?

Yes, only Dr Caroline sees and treats the patients. Louise Devereux is also often present.

How are skincare products authorised?

Prescription and non-prescription skincare are authorised electronically by Dr Caroline via Healthxchange e-pharmacy™ and issued only for the named patient after consultation.

How does it work with the consultation?

Every new patient get up to 1 hour with Dr Caroline Warden for an initial in-depth consultation where you will be given a recommended skin care plan and treatment options. From there you can decide if you want a treatment or to return another day.

How long has Dr Caroline Warden been a doctor?

She has been a medical doctor for over 18 years after training at Manchester Medical School.

How much is a consultation?

£50 but this is fully redeemable against any future treatments

Is there parking?

Yes, right outside in a carpark

What counts as a late cancellation, and is there a fee?

A cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment is considered late and incurs a £25 charge.

What if i change my mind about a treatment?

No problem, you are under no obligation to have the treatment you are booked in for.

What if I've never had any treatments before?

Not a problem, infact most of our patients have never had a treatment before they come for the first time and are understandably nervous. We go the extra mile to make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
