Face Aesthetics - Watford Information
I practice as a Facial Aesthetic Practitioner (Level 7 Qualified) and perform cosmetic injections/anti-wrinkle injections (Botulinum Toxin) and dermal fillers, including facial recontouring. I use a range of products and for the administration of the dermal fillers, where possible, use cannulas. This reduces the risk of bruising and therefore the downtime that can often occur when a needle is used.
Facial aesthetics is about providing you with your desired outcomes whilst also managing expectations and I pride myself on an ethical and realistic approach to treatment. I, therefore, work with you, the patient, to obtain these outcomes. I regularly attend courses to maintain my Continuing Professional Development and I have undertaken the Allergan MD Codes training.
Your first visit would be a no-obligation, free-of-charge, consultation and would be used to document your medical history to determine whether there are any contra-indications to treatment and to discuss the areas you wished to be treated and the appropriate products and most importantly answer any questions that you may have. Information leaflets about the treatments would be provided and you would then have a “cooling off” period to allow you to reflect on the consultation, this is important in obtaining informed consent.
If you wish to progress with treatment written consent for treatment would be obtained with a copy of the consent form provided to you. Treatment would be performed and written post-injection information provided.
