Lisa Monaghan-Jones qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1981; Lisa founded Internal Beauty Clinic in 2005.
Lisa expanded her business to Shepley and studied for her degree, which would allow her to demonstrate her full capabilities. Lisa qualified as an Independent Nurse Prescriber and took the Medical Aesthetics industry by storm in 2007. IBC soon became highly recognised & respected in the industry as one of the Top Aesthetic Clinics In the North of England for four consecutive years at the Medical Aesthetic Awards.
Lisa was the first clinic in Huddersfield to combine both Medical Aesthetics & Beauty treatments under one roof; Lisa operated for 12 years from her new clinic premises with 7 rooms, 3 floors, 6 members of staff and a client base of over 1,000 clients for her alone.
In 2017 suffered ill health and as a result had to undergo 2 major life-threatening surgeries to remove blood clots.
This experience allowed Lisa to step back & re-evaluate the importance of her health in which she decided it was best to focus solely on her Medical Aesthetics business as a highly established Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner where she has been shortlisted as finalist for Cosmetic Nurse of The Year Award 2018.
